Excellent work from We-Fit and their sub-contractors, Surefit. Funnily enough We-Fit’s trading name is something of a misnomer as they design and manufacture, but they seem to use Surefit as sub-contractors to carry out the fitting. We saw four possible contractors overall, but Dave from We-Fit impressed us with his knowledge and competence and assured us as to how things would go. We were offered two types of roof, Aula and Leka and we chose the slightly more expensive one - Leka. We mulled over whether to have just the roof replaced on our 25-year-old conservatory or whether to have new window frames as well. In the end we went for both new frames and a new roof and the bottom-line cost was well within our expectations. We were worried that a solid roof would make the conservatory and especially the room next door too dark, but Dave reassured us that if it did, it would only make a small difference and he was right. They did postpone our fitting date by three weeks because of issues with earlier jobs but they then came on the dot on the postponed date. As conservatories go, our is on the large side, but Surefit stripped the old roof and frames away and managed almost to make it watertight by the end of that first day. If it hadn’t been for the extreme heat, they would surely have made it totally watertight that day. They battled on tirelessly throughout in what was yet another of this summer’s relentless heatwaves, especially on the roof of our south-facing conservatory where the sun can be totally uncompromising. Lewis and the Surefit team have been truly outstanding in all respects from start to finish. They are total perfectionists. Their attention to detail, their determination to make sure that the job was absolutely perfect in all respects – which it is - were an absolute credit to all three of the team. I have to say, we were very apprehensive about having this work done at all; would it be enormously disruptive? The answer was ‘no’ and the team were no trouble at all. At times we barely knew they were there and they happily took all the rubbish away as they went along. It has been such a wonderful experience watching our slightly tired old conservatory be transformed into a beautiful room that we can now use comfortably all year round - just as it said on the tin at the start. We can already tell that it will be temperate space, not too hot in summer and not too cold in winter. So thank you to both We-Fit and to Surefit for an outstanding job in all respects.

We-fit renewed a conservatory roof and french doors for me.The Panel X roofing panels are of excellent quality. The fitters came has arranged very hardworking and professional and left a tidy site.Any queries we had were dealt with quickly by the very knowledgeable staff. Thank you

I phoned and spoke to Melanie regarding some now discontinued items of guttering, she was excellent and guided me through the ordering process, we had a laugh along the way. The items arrived very quickly, overall very pleased with We-Fit..The postage charge was rather steep, but hey ho what isn't these days.
