RoofLITE+ LSX Slate Flashing is for slates and flat roofing with a profile height of 0-16 mm (2x8mm)
Available in 7 different sizes, the LSX is an indispensable and important part of the roof window installation ensuring a weathertight seal.
With its tight-fitting bottom section and one-piece side elements, the LSX ensures quick and tight window installation.
It is compatible with roofs covered with various types of flat roofing materials, including slate and bituminous shingle.
The innovative one piece side elements make installation even easier and can save approximately 15 minutes per roof window.
This time saving exercise aids in completing larger projects much quicker.
The LSX is made from aluminium and comes in the same grey (RAL7043) colour as the cladding parts of the RoofLITE+ roof windows.
When using the LSX for the installation of your roof window, you will benefit from a seamless and beautiful finish, inside and out.
The aluminium apron provides a perfect seal between the roof window and the profiled roofing materials.
This prevents leaks in your home from around your roof window.
The foam gasket guarantees protection against rain, mist or powder snow and other harsh weather conditions.
The LSX has been extensively tested for complete water tightness under the most rigorous conditions.
It is also all-weather and UV resistant to offer real peace of mind.
It is easy to install, comes with a 10-year guarantee and can be installed in a roof with a slope of between 15 to 90 degrees.
